Ingredients
- 250 ml of Greek or natural yogurt
- 150 g of fruit of your choice (for example strawberries, blueberries, bananas)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice as desired
- Fresh fruit for garnish
Preparation
- Thoroughly wash the chosen fruit and cut into pieces if necessary.
- Place the fruit in the blender along with the yogurt.
- Add honey or maple syrup to the blender if you desire an extra touch of sweetness.
- Add some ice cubes to make the smoothie cooler and blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
- Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and garnish with pieces of fresh fruit of your choice.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the smoothie while it’s still cold and bubbly.
