Yogurt Smoothie

The yogurt smoothie is a fresh and nutritious beverage, easy to prepare. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of Greek or natural yogurt
  • 150 g of fruit of your choice (for example strawberries, blueberries, bananas)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice as desired
  • Fresh fruit for garnish

Preparation

  1. Thoroughly wash the chosen fruit and cut into pieces if necessary.
  2. Place the fruit in the blender along with the yogurt.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup to the blender if you desire an extra touch of sweetness.
  4. Add some ice cubes to make the smoothie cooler and blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
  5. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and garnish with pieces of fresh fruit of your choice.
  6. Serve immediately to enjoy the smoothie while it’s still cold and bubbly.
