Ingredients
- 250 g of all-purpose flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 125 g of plain yogurt (if you have Greek yogurt, it will be even creamier)
- 100 g of chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- The grated zest of one untreated lemon (for an Italian touch!)
- Butter and flour to grease and flour the cake mold
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Butter and flour the ciambellone mold.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until you get a foamy and clear mixture.
