Yogurt and Jam Ciambellone

  1. Combine the sifted flour with the yeast, a pinch of salt, and the grated zest of lemon. Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and lump-free batter.
  2. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan and pour half of the batter into it.
  3. Add a uniform layer of jam over the surface of the batter in the pan.
  4. Cover the jam with the remaining batter and level it well with a spatula.
