Ingredients
- 400 g of turkey breast, cut into strips
- 200 g of mini zucchini
- Zucchini flowers, as many as you like
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Start by washing the mini zucchini and zucchini flowers carefully. Slice the zucchini into not too thin rounds and set them aside.

Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil with a whole garlic clove in a large skillet. Once the garlic is golden brown, remove it and add the turkey strips.
