Ingredients
- 250 g of all-purpose flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of soft butter
- 100 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of chopped walnuts
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar (for decoration, optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C and butter and flour a Bundt cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk the soft butter with sugar until you get a frothy and light mixture.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, continuing to beat after each addition.
- Incorporate the sifted flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt, alternating with milk to keep the mixture soft and smooth.
- Add the chopped walnuts and mix gently to distribute them evenly in the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the Bundt cake comes out clean.
- Remove the Bundt cake from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes in the pan, then invert it onto a wire rack until completely cooled.
- If desired, before serving, you can sprinkle the Bundt cake with powdered sugar.
