Trivia
Curries are a typical dish of South and Southeast Asia. The curry paste used in this recipe is a concentrate of spices typical of these regions, and it’s what gives the dish its characteristic spicy and aromatic flavor. The term “curry” is actually a British invention and is not commonly used in the countries of origin of these dishes, where it’s more likely to find specific names for each type of curry.
Serve this curry hot, perhaps on a bed of basmati rice or accompanied by naan bread for a complete and delicious meal. Enjoy your meal!
