Ingredients:

- 250g of all-purpose flour
- 125g of sugar
- 125g of butter at room temperature

- 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice

Preparation:
- In a bowl, cream the soft butter with sugar using a wooden spoon or a mixer until smooth.
