Ingredients
- 4 slices of turkey breast (about 150 g each)
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

- Extra virgin olive oil as needed

Preparation
- Take the turkey breast slices and pat them dry with kitchen paper to absorb any excess liquid.
- In a medium bowl, mix turmeric with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Rub the turkey slices with this spice mix until they are completely covered.
- Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add a clove of garlic to flavor the oil. If you prefer, you can crush or finely chop it.
- Place the turkey slices in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat, or until they are golden brown and cooked to perfection.
- Once cooked, remove the turkey slices from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
