Ingredients
- 500 grams of turkey breast
- 150 grams of sliced bacon
- Sage (a few leaves)
- Rosemary (1 sprig)
- Garlic (1 clove)
- White wine (half a glass)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cutting the turkey: Start by cutting the turkey breast into cubes or strips, depending on your preference, trying to maintain uniform sizes for even cooking.

Wrapping with bacon: Wrap each turkey bite with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick. If you wish, you can insert a sage leaf between the turkey and the bacon to increase the aroma.
