Ingredients

  • 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
  • 250 ml of custard
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, bananas, etc.)
  • Powdered sugar for decoration

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
  3. Place the rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and prick them lightly with a fork.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Once cooled, spread a generous layer of custard on each puff pastry rectangle.
  6. Decorate with slices of fresh fruit of your choice.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Preparation

  3. Spread Nutella in the center of each square, leaving a margin along the edges.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
  5. Fold the puff pastry into a triangle or roll the squares to form mini croissants.
