Sweet Rolls for Buffet

  3. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the hazelnut cream, distributing them evenly.
  4. Roll the puff pastry from the long side, forming a cylinder.
  5. Cut the cylinder into slices about 2 cm thick, to obtain the rolls.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between each one.
  7. Bake the rolls for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Let them cool on a wire rack and, if desired, before serving, dust them with powdered sugar.

These charming chocolate and hazelnut rolls are perfect to serve as buffet treats. Alternatively, you can fill them with jam, pastry cream, or other ingredients you prefer.
