Sweet Puff Pastry Shells

  6. Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave some space between them.
  7. If you wish, you can brush the surface of each shell with a bit of egg yolk to give them a shinier appearance after baking.
  8. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the shells are golden.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack before dusting with powdered sugar.
