Ingredients
- 250 g of all-purpose flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of soft butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Grated zest of 1 lemon

- 500 g of assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, bananas, blueberries, etc…)
- Apricot jam for glazing
Preparation
- Begin by preheating the oven to 180 °C.
