Strawberry Frappé

Ingredients
- 250 g of fresh strawberries
- 100 ml of milk (you can also use almond or soy milk for a vegan variant)
- 2 scoops of cream or vanilla ice cream
- Sugar to taste (or honey, if you prefer a natural sweetener)
- Crushed ice
- Whipped cream (optional, for garnishing)
- Some whole strawberries or slices for garnish
Preparation
- Wash the strawberries under running water, remove the stem, and cut them in half.
- Put the strawberries in a blender, adding the milk, ice cream, and sugar to taste.
- Blend until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. If you want a colder and thicker frappé, add crushed ice and blend again.
- Pour the frappé into tall glasses and, if you like, decorate with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Garnish with whole strawberries or slices and serve immediately with a straw.
