Strawberry Biscuits

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  4. Add the softened butter and work the mixture with your fingertips until it resembles bread crumbs.

  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Take small portions of the dough and shape the biscuits, placing them on the baking sheet. Remember to leave a little space between them, as they will expand during baking.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  10. Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for desserts.
  11. Once cooled, dust the biscuits with powdered sugar.
