Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 150-200g each)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
- Begin by preheating the steam oven to about 100 °C. If you do not have a steam oven, you can use a pot with a steaming basket.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a bit of lemon juice.
- If using aromatic herbs, finely chop them and sprinkle over the fillets.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in the steam oven basket or suitable pot.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon is ready when it becomes opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately after cooking, garnishing with lemon slices and accompanied by steamed vegetables, if desired.
