Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil or cooking oil for frying

Take the chicken breasts and, if necessary, cut them in half to obtain slices that are not too thick so they cook evenly.

Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, fry the breaded chicken breasts until they become golden and crispy on both sides. It usually takes about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
