Ingredients
- 200 g of sliced smoked sea bass
- 1 ripe but still firm mango
- 50 g of mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, pistachios)

- Juice of 1 lime or lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Start by preparing the salad base: wash and dry the mixed salad leaves and place them on a serving plate.
