Ingredients
- 1 rectangular roll of puff pastry
- 150 g of sliced cooked ham
- 250 g of ricotta cheese
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 small eggplant (optional)
- 100 g of grated cheese (like Parmesan or Pecorino)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg for brushing (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
