Ingredients
- 2 fresh tuna steaks, about 200 g each
- White and black sesame seeds, as needed
- Salt and pepper, as needed
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh lemon juice
- Soy sauce (optional, for serving)
- Fresh grated ginger (optional, for serving)
Preparation

Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Season the tuna with salt and pepper on both sides.

Coat the tuna steaks with sesame seeds, pressing them on lightly so they stick well.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
