Ingredients

Preparation
- Begin by washing and drying the arugula well.
- Take the flatbreads and arrange them on a serving plate.
- Place some arugula on each flatbread.
- Prepare the bresaola rolls: you can add some arugula, a few Parmesan shavings, a drizzle of oil, and if you like, a bit of lemon juice inside each slice.
- Gently wrap the bresaola around the filling, creating rolls.
- Place a bresaola roll on top of the arugula on each flatbread.
