Preparation
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 °C.
- Roll out the brisée pastry in a tart pan lined with parchment paper. Prick the bottom with the tines of a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking.
- Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and the scamorza cheese into medium-sized cubes. Set aside.
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them.
- In a skillet, sauté the finely chopped onion in oil until it becomes translucent.
