Curiosity

This savory tart combines typical autumn flavors and is excellent served both hot and at room temperature. The pairing of the sweetness of pumpkin and the intense flavor of mushrooms is balanced by the strong taste of Parmesan, creating a tasty and harmonious contrast. You can vary the mushrooms based on seasonality and personal preferences, giving the dish a new nuance each time.
