Ingredients
- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry or puff pastry (about 230g)
- 500g of broccoli
- 150g of gorgonzola cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200ml of cooking cream

- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- 1 clove of garlic
Preparation
- Start by cleaning the broccoli: separate the florets from the stem and wash them under running water. Chop the stems into small pieces.
