Sausages and roasted potatoes

  4. Mix well to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.
  5. Add the fresh sausages on top of the potatoes. You can slightly score the sausages to help them cook better and to ensure they enrich the potatoes with flavor during cooking.
  6. Bake in the oven and cook for about 40-45 minutes. During cooking, it’s important to turn the sausages and potatoes a couple of times for even browning.
  7. Check the doneness by inserting the tip of a knife into the potatoes, which should be soft.
  8. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
