Ingredients for the Ragu:
- 500 g of pork sausage (preferably fresh)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
- 400 g of tomato puree or peeled tomatoes
- 150 ml of red wine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- Fresh rosemary (optional)
Ingredients for the Pasta:
- 400 g of Gnocchetti Sardi (or Malloreddus)
Ragu Preparation:

Remove the skin from the sausage and crumble it.
