Ingredients
- 150 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil (about 160 g)
- 50 g of pitted and chopped green olives
- 1 tablespoon of chopped capers (optional)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
- A pinch of baking powder for savory dishes or bicarbonate
- Oil for frying (it can be olive or seed oil depending on your taste)
Preparation
- In a bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Add the eggs and milk and mix with a whisk until you get a smooth and lump-free batter.
- Drain the tuna well from the preservation oil and crumble it with a fork before adding it to the batter.
- Chop the green olives and capers; then add them to the batter.
