Savory Salmon and Cheese Croissants

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

  2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet and cut it into long, narrow triangles, as if you were preparing sweet croissants.

  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chopped dill until you have a smooth cream. If you like, you can add some black pepper or other herbs to taste.

  4. Spread a bit of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle of puff pastry.
