Curiosity

This salmon tart is a very European variant of a classic Italian dish. The combination of smoked salmon with the creaminess of ricotta makes this dish rich and pleasing to the palate. Dill, although not typical of Italian cuisine, pairs perfectly with salmon, but it can be omitted or replaced with chives, according to Italian tradition.

Enjoy your meal!
