Curiosity

Rose petals have been used since ancient times in Persian cooking and have spread across many Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian cuisines. In addition to their use in pastries, they are known for their benefits and their use in herbal teas and decoctions.

Remember to always use edible rose petals, which have not been treated with pesticides or other harmful chemicals, especially if you use them in sweets or as decoration!
