Ingredients
- 1.5 kg of kid goat, cut into pieces
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 glass of white wine

Prepare the kid goat by cleaning the pieces thoroughly and drying them with kitchen paper. Turn on the oven and preheat to about 180 °C.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into not too small pieces. In a large bowl, season the potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.

In a large baking dish, arrange the pieces of kid goat and add the seasoned potatoes. Add the whole garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs.
