Ricotta Pasta

Here is the recipe for ricotta pasta, a simple and delicious dish from Italian cuisine.

  3. Add the grated Parmesan, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper to taste. If you want, you can also add chopped chili pepper for a spicy touch.
  4. Drain the pasta al dente and transfer it to the bowl with the ricotta. Mix well to coat the pasta with the seasoning.
  5. If necessary, add a little more cooking water to achieve the desired creaminess.
  6. Serve immediately on plates and, if you like, garnish with chopped parsley or fresh basil leaves.
