Ingredients
- 250 g of ricotta cheese
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 g of flour
- 100 g of melted butter
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of vanillin or vanilla extract
- 150 g of chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for decorating (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease and flour a bundt cake pan.

In a bowl, work the ricotta with the sugar until you have a smooth mixture.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Slowly incorporate the melted butter into the ricotta and egg mixture.

In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and vanillin.

Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, mixing gently until there are no lumps.

Finally, add the chocolate chips and fold them into the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
