Ingredients
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml of red wine (better if of good quality)
- 125 ml of seed oil
- 300 g of all-purpose flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 40 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- Icing sugar for decorating (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and butter and flour a cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until they become light and fluffy.
