Ingredients
- 1 rectangular roll of puff pastry
- Granulated sugar to taste
- Ground cinnamon (optional)
- Jam, hazelnut cream, or other fillings of your choice (optional)

- Icing sugar for decorating (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Gently unroll the puff pastry and, if you wish, cut it into squares or rectangles of your preferred size.

- Let them cool on a rack before serving. If desired, you can dust them with icing sugar before serving for a final touch of sweetness.
