Ingredients
- 1 round roll of puff pastry
 - 100 g of cooked ham (or raw if you prefer)
 - 125 g of mozzarella for pizza (preferably low-moisture)
 - 2 tablespoons of tomato puree or tomato sauce
 - Dried oregano to taste
 - Extra virgin olive oil to taste
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper to taste (optional)
 
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
 - Unroll the puff pastry and lay it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
 - Prick the base of the puff pastry with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking.
 - Spread the tomato puree over the surface of the pastry, leaving about a 1 cm border free.
 - Add a pinch of salt and, if you like, some black pepper.
 - Cut the mozzarella into slices or cubes and distribute it evenly over the tomato puree.
 - Add the cooked ham, torn into pieces by hand for a rustic look.
 - Sprinkle the surface with dried oregano to taste.
 - Drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
 - Bake the puff pastry pizza in the center of the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges of the puff pastry are golden brown and crispy.
 - Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
