Potato and Salmon Mille-Feuille

Ingredients

  • 500 g of floury potatoes

Preparation

  6. Cover the dish with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake for about 30-40 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.
  7. Remove the aluminum foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes to brown the surface.
  8. Take the potato and salmon mille-feuille out of the oven and let it cool down a moment before cutting it.
  9. Serve the mille-feuille garnished with chopped chives for a touch of freshness and color.
