Polenta Sandwich with Vegetables and Taleggio

  2. Pour the polenta onto a tray lined with parchment paper, spreading it out evenly to about 1 cm thick. Allow it to cool completely.

  3. Meanwhile, slice the vegetables thinly and grill them on a hot grill plate or in a pan with a drizzle of oil until they are soft and lightly charred at the edges.
