Ingredients

  • 2 large eggplants

Preparation

  4. In a large pan, heat plenty of oil and fry the breaded eggplants until they are golden on both sides. Then, drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

  5. In another pan, sauté the garlic in a drizzle of oil, then add the tomato puree, salt, pepper, and oregano. Let the sauce cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat, then remove the garlic.
