Ingredients
- 4 piadine from Romagna
- 200 g of smoked salmon
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 200 g of Greek yogurt

- Salt and pepper q.b.
For the yogurt sauce:
- 200 g of Greek yogurt

Start by preparing the yogurt sauce. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the chopped dill. If you prefer a more fluid sauce, you can add a tablespoon of water or milk. Stir well until the sauce is smooth and refrigerate to cool it down.

Slice the tomatoes into thin slices and set aside. Wash the lettuce, drain it and cut it coarsely.
