Ingredients

Preparation

For the piadina:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the salt and baking soda.
  2. Add the olive oil and start to combine.

  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate cream to obtain a whipped ganache.

  1. Spread a generous amount of chocolate cream over half of the piadina.
  2. Add the cut fresh fruit on top of the cream.
  3. Fold the piadina in half and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
