Ingredients
- 1 roll of puff pastry or shortcrust pastry
- 2 red bell peppers
- 250 g of ricotta cheese
- 100 g of grated cheese (pecorino or parmesan)
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Dried or fresh oregano to taste
Preparation
- Start by washing the peppers, remove the stem, seeds, and internal filaments. Then cut them into strips or cubes, as you prefer.
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and sauté the peppers for about 10-15 minutes until they are soft. Add salt, pepper, and oregano according to your personal taste. Let them cool down afterwards.
