Penne with Haddock Cream

Ingredients
- 320 grams of penne rigate
- 300 grams of haddock fillet
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Chopped parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil to cook the pasta. When the water is boiling, cook the penne according to the package instructions until al dente.

Meanwhile, in a large pan heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add the garlic clove. Let it brown for a couple of minutes to flavor the oil.

Add the haddock fillet cut into small pieces to the pan, letting it cook over medium heat. When the haddock is almost cooked, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.

Remove the garlic clove and add the cooking cream. Gently mix and let the cream warm up and blend with the haddock, forming a sauce.

Drain the penne al dente and transfer them to the pan with the haddock cream. Toss the pasta in the pan for a couple of minutes so it absorbs the flavor of the cream well.
