Penne with Chicken and Mushroom Cream

Ingredients

  • 300 g of penne rigate
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 200 g of champignon mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 200 ml of cooking cream

Preparation

  1. Put a pot with plenty of salted water on to boil for the penne.

  4. Add the chicken to the pan and let it brown until it is well golden on all sides.

  6. Pour the cooking cream over the mushrooms and chicken, mix well and let the cream thicken over moderate heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Meanwhile, cook the penne according to the package instructions to get an al dente pasta.
  8. Drain the penne and add them to the pan with the mushroom and chicken cream. Combine everything together for a few minutes so that the pasta absorbs the flavor of the sauce well.
