Ingredients

  • 320 g of penne

Preparation

  4. Meanwhile, grate the zest of the orange, avoiding the white part which is bitter, and squeeze its juice.
  5. Cook the penne in plenty of salted water following the cooking time indicated on the package to ensure they are al dente.
  6. Add the grated zest and juice of the orange to the calamari and cherry tomatoes, letting the flavors infuse for a few minutes on low heat.
  7. Drain the pasta and transfer it to the pan with the sauce, setting aside some of the cooking water.
  8. Toss the penne with the sauce, adding a little bit of the cooking water if necessary to make it creamier.
  9. Turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley, mixing well to distribute it evenly.
  10. Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh pepper, if desired.
