Curiosity
Pavesini are light and crispy biscuits originating from the city of Novara, in Italy. They were created in 1948 and their name was inspired by the pavés, the stone slabs of the streets of Novara. These biscuits have become very popular not only for being consumed on their own but also for their use in various dessert recipes, thanks to their ability to absorb liquids while maintaining a pleasant texture.
