Ingredients
- 320 g of pasta (penne, farfalle, or spaghetti are all fine)
- 200 g of smoked salmon
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 small onion
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives (optional)
Preparation
- Start by slicing the zucchinis into thin rounds and finely chopping the onion.
- Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan and sauté the chopped onion until it becomes translucent.
