Orange Ciambellone

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 300 g of all-purpose flour
- 200 g of granulated sugar
- 100 ml of seed oil
- 100 ml of fresh orange juice
- Grated zest of 1 untreated orange
- 1 packet of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C and butter and flour a bundt cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until you get a light and frothy mixture.
- Add the oil and continue to mix.
- Mix in the orange juice and zest, blending well.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt, then gradually add it to the liquid mixture, stirring until there are no lumps.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the ciambellone comes out clean.
- Let the ciambellone cool before unmolding it.
