Curiosity

Cupcakes are a kind of individual cake originating from the United States. Their name comes from “cup” (measurement), referring both to the cups used to measure ingredients and to the small cups or liners they are baked in.

To add an additional Italian touch to the dish, you might sprinkle your cupcakes with candied orange zest or prepare a chocolate icing enriched with an Italian orange liqueur, like Grand Marnier or Cointreau, and brush it on top once they have cooled. Enjoy your cooking and buon appetito!
