Ingredients

  • 200 g of spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water following the time indicated on the package to have them al dente.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese, the milk, and adjust with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the spaghetti to the egg mixture and mix well so that they are completely covered by the mixture.
